Baton Rouge Culinary Classic

Scott and Eric competed in the Baton Rouge Culinary Classic at the Holiday Inn Select. There were over 8 categories and 160 entries. At least 250 guests were present to sample competing dishes. A panel of 20+ judges awarded Gold, silver, and Bronze medals in each category.

Scott entered 4 categories and won a medal in each category. 3 silver medals for the Poultry, Soup, and Louisiana Nouvelle categories and a bronze for the Seafood category.

Eric won a GOLD medal in the bread category and a silver in the Beef/Veal category.

Varnedoe's, as a business, was a top winner last night bringing home a total of 6 medals!!! Come by and let the guys know how proud you are to have them in St. Francisville!!
